It's new... but after a while, it couldnt fly properly (can fly up , keeps toppling sideways and crash). We didn't play with it carelessly...... I also noticed that the tail is not working properly...the tail rotor spins for a memonet then stops? What should I do? How to fix?

did you make sure the batterys were fully charged if not it might not lift off .. also read the manual if you have to put weights on the frount of it to keep it balances .. it the tail rotor is not working its broken
