My laptop got a new hard drive b/c it crashed. well, i got the computer back, but it needs help.?

the hardrive has like NO info on it. there is no sound (no sound chip) and i cant play games on it (need graphics card) i also need a wireless card. does anyone know HOW and WHERE to get these things? and i need them ASAP. also, how much will they cost? i've been having to use my moms computer, but she doesnt like me to, b/c it takes up too much info space, or so she says. but its the truth. ive got tons of games, accessories, plug-ins and the such. i also take an online class, whihch requires special downloads and a head set. HELP!

The person who reinstalled the software did not install all the necessary drivers to make your sound card etc work. A bit slack really. If you have the original CD's that came with the laptop, these will contain the drivers that you need. Put the CD in the drive and install the software drivers from there. Alternatively, you can try to locate the drivers on the internet, but this is a lot more work
Reply:download a program to determine what is there on your computer. Note down the names of the hardware and download drivers from internet

(If you have got the installation disk cd/dvd that came with the purchase of your laptop, then you can reinstall windows using that disk, it should contain all drivers for your laptop. Most probably the computer repair person did not use your original disk to load windows on it)
