i just bought a 1/6th scale vulcan buggy and i broke it in and everything but when i tryed to open it up all the way and let it fly it only went like 10 miles an hour tops!...how can i fix this...its brand new whats wrong?

I had the same problem when I bought an RC truck a few years ago. I called the place I ordered it from and they told me to send it back. They sent me a new one that worked fine. You might try contacting whomever you bought it from.
