My C drive can't be used. Can I transfer some of that free 32GB from it to my new 4GB E drive?

The C drive got a really bad virus awhile back and a couple of "pros" tried to fix it themselves. They couldn't, and instead creadted the E drive to use. Since then I've been stuck with using the lousy 4GB E drive while a ton of unused GB sits on the C drive and I don't know if it's even possible to transfer the space.

No, it's not possible to transfer the space. You could, however, format the C drive and then copy all the files from the E drive to it and then use it again.
