Linkin Parks new C.D?

Does anyone know when the C.D is going to be put out?

Not sure when it's coming out, but I heard it was completely different. Not the old rap/rock thing of Hybrid Theory or Meteora. This one's supposed to be more melodic. I also heard Chester Bennington's putting out a solo record too.
