I m new in c/c++?
Personally, I like Dev-C++. It comes with the MinGW version of the GCC and G++ compilers.

if u r talking abt the compilers which u use in c/c++ so in my opinion Borland C++ compiler is the best one it has a user friendly interface and compile both c and c++ code
